Take every order. Ship only what your credit policy allows.
Set a credit limit and credit days for each retailer. Every order is checked the moment it is placed. Orders within limit go straight through, overdue accounts are held, and exceptions come to the right person for a one-tap decision.
Three bays from message to dispatch.
Set the rules
Credit limit, credit days and what to do when they are crossed: hold, allow up to a buffer, or ask for approval.
Orders are checked
Outstanding, overdue and the new order value are compared in real time.
Exceptions are routed
The owner or credit manager gets the order with the retailer’s payment history and decides.
Built for the way distribution actually runs.
Limits per retailer
Different limits for a new kirana and a 10-year wholesaler, with credit days for each.
Overdue holds
Accounts with bills past due are held automatically until payment comes in.
Approval chain
Send small exceptions to the branch manager and large ones to the owner.
Payment behaviour
Average days to pay and bounce history are shown next to every approval request.
Pay to release
Held retailers get a payment link. Once paid, the order is released without anyone calling.
Audit trail
Every hold, override and approval is recorded with the person and the reason.
What stays in your control
- Credit holds and exceptions follow the distributor’s rules. Wholdiret never approves credit on your behalf.
- Approvals stay with the distributor, and every decision is recorded.
- Retailer data and prices are private to each distributor and never shared with others.
Credit Control: common questions
Will retailers see their credit limit?
You choose. Many distributors show available credit so retailers can plan orders and payments themselves.
Can a salesman override a hold?
Only if you give that role approval rights. By default, overrides need the owner or credit manager.
Where does the outstanding come from?
From your invoices and payments in Wholdiret, or synced from Tally or your ERP on the Truckload plan.
